Locally hosted morning shows on each station! Plus SPORTS! Seattle Seahawks Football, Seattle Mariners Baseball, University of Washington and Washington State University Football and Basketball. PLUS, we’re the only stations covering local high school sports! Football, basketball and baseball! The Country format on KAPS reaches an even share of men and women 25-64. The Classic Rock on KBRC is more male driven with an older demo, 35+. We use these demos to determine the type/category of business that would be more likely to benefit from using our stations. So it’s not really the ‘type’ of business. Rather who they’re trying to sell to. As for the type of ads, that varies greatly depending on the client. Some ads are more informational, attempting to educate listeners about their business. Others can be more product driven. (i.e. car dealers).
