(27-Jun-2016) We welcome your ITEX dollars for fresh floral products up to $50 per visit. Tax and delivery charges are Cash. Just Roses Plus is now Rose & Blossom. Terri O’Connor, owner of the Spokane-based floral business, has re-branded her stores. They had operated as Just Roses Plus for 23 years. Rose & Blossom has two locations, 2010 N. Ruby, and 1119 N. Pines Road, in Spokane Valley. We take ITEX up to $50 per visit on fresh flowers that are stock. We will not do Weddings and Funerals on ITEX. For Holidays, it is okay to stop in and purchase up to $50 but no deliveries. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT PURCHASE DUE TO LOW INVENTORY. THIS OFTEN HAPPENS WHEN WE RUN SHORT ON RED ROSES.
